Do you only work on weddings in Sydney?
No. Calella is based in Sydney, but we travel anywhere in NSW for the right celebration. That includes city weddings, coastal venues, regional properties, and destination-style weekends within New South Wales.
Do you do site visits before the wedding?
Yes. Depending on the scope of the work, we can include pre-wedding site visits, venue walk-throughs, and planning visits before the day. These visits help us shape layout, styling direction, logistics, and flow with more clarity.
Are you there on the wedding day?
Yes. We can be hands-on on the day itself, managing styling details, coordinating moving parts, and helping the celebration feel calm, seamless, and well held from setup through key transitions.
What is the difference between wedding styling and coordination?
Wedding styling focuses on the visual direction of the celebration — how the day looks, feels, and comes together aesthetically. Coordination focuses on timing, logistics, suppliers, and on-the-day execution. Many couples choose both so the wedding feels resolved visually and runs smoothly in practice.
Can you help if we already have a venue or some suppliers booked?
Absolutely. We can step in at different stages, whether you are starting from scratch or already have a venue, florist, planner, or other suppliers in place. Our role can be shaped around what is already confirmed and what still needs direction or support.
Do you offer full wedding planning as well as styling?
Yes. We offer styling, coordination, and full-scope planning depending on what the celebration needs. Full planning is for couples who want support from early ideas through to site visits, supplier management, styling direction, and on-the-day execution.
